UFORSE.AI is an innovative tutoring and mentoring platform that delivers personalized learning expereinces. By blending AI technology with self-regulated learning strategies, we aim to combat the increasing dropout rates and shortages of counseling in schools. Our approach integrates an AI guidance system with the support of real human tutors and mentors, providing high school students with the tailored assistance they need to fulfill their academic and career goals. Our mission is to empower each student to reach their personal academic and career milestones through personalized education.
Leadership Style and Management Philosophy
Being an introvert by nature, I find that I thrive in one-on-one interactions, where I can delve into deeper conversations.
I place great emphasis on effective goal setting, firmly believing that one's attitude carries more weight than mere talent. In my view, everyone deserves the opportunity to grow, and success ultimately hinges on the alignment of one's aspirations.
Recognizing my area of weakness, I acknowledge that I sometimes struggle with navigating other people's emotions. Despite witnessing improvements over time, I still identify as an introvert
